Website Conversion and Customer Journey Optimization

The scope

What I work on

Audience intent, offer clarity, page structure, trust signals, objections, calls to action, forms, booking, and the path after the first inquiry. Available analytics and customer feedback help identify where to focus the review.

The findings become a prioritized plan. Some improvements involve copy and structure; others require a change to the process or technical implementation. Each recommendation is connected to the problem it is intended to address.

Evidence and limitations

How we evaluate the work

We define conversion by stage and a consistent denominator, alongside lead quality, booking progression, order value, and acquisition costs. Validation fits the traffic and evidence available; low volume does not justify a promised statistically significant A/B test.

Clear expectations

Questions before we start

Do we need a new website?

That depends on the findings. The review can identify improvements to your current site or explain when rebuilding part of the experience is justified.

Can you help when traffic is low?

Yes. The work can use journey analysis, customer questions, and available behaviour data. The validation approach is adapted to the volume of evidence you have.

Is higher conversion rate always better?

The result should also consider lead quality, order value, and acquisition costs. More submissions are useful when they support the commercial goal.
