Markets / Remote collaboration

Marketing and growth consulting by market

A US marketplace brand, a Canadian B2B team and a European company reaching American buyers need different growth decisions. I connect acquisition, conversion, analytics and operations around the customers you actually serve. Choose a market to see the relevant priorities, services and project scope.

United States / Canada / Europe

Start with the market you need to win

The market is the customer's context, not a claim about the location of my office. All engagements are delivered remotely. Regional briefs connect the service catalogue with real differences in the offer, buyer journey, reporting and ownership of the work.

United States

US Amazon growth, specialist-service acquisition, B2B distribution and retail-brand conversion. Explore New York City, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Miami and Los Angeles through different commercial briefs.

Canada

Connect Canadian customer acquisition, sales handoff and content with a clearly scoped US-market expansion plan where relevant. Explore Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary without mixing domestic and US offers.

European teams

English-language growth work for London, Dublin and Amsterdam teams, including service acquisition, retail positioning and US-market readiness. Language, destination market and local approvals belong in the brief.

How I work

One accountable project, shaped around your customers

Define the commercial boundary

Agree the target customers, market, products or services and the decision that matters. A brand's headquarters and the country where its customers buy are recorded separately, especially for marketplace work.

Choose the work, not the longest checklist

Connect the required services into a useful brief. A campaign review may expose a product-availability issue; a website rebuild may need better positioning before new traffic. Each workstream has an owner and output.

Review evidence and hand over control

Agree review windows, cost definitions, source data and delivery responsibilities. Your team can see what changed, why it changed and what to evaluate next. Website projects include an agreed editing workflow.

Clear working expectations

Before choosing a region

Do you have an office in each city listed?

No. I work remotely with teams serving these markets. City pages explain a relevant commercial brief and collaboration model, not a network of local offices.

Are these different services from the main catalogue?

No. The catalogue defines each service. The regional pages explain how those services can fit a particular market, audience or operating setup. Scope, implementation responsibilities and timing are agreed before work starts.

What if my city is not listed?

Start with the country brief or the main service page. I can assess the project without a dedicated city page. What matters is a workable scope, the customers you need to reach and the evidence available.

Does a Canadian or European address change the Amazon marketplace scope?

Not by itself. A Canada-based or European brand may need a US Amazon review. We identify the exact marketplace, reporting currency, product set and access requirements before discussing implementation.
