Canada-based businesses / Delivered remotely

Marketing and growth consulting for Canada-based teams

Turn Canadian customer acquisition and US expansion into distinct, usable growth plans. I connect positioning, websites, campaigns and reporting with the audience each one needs to serve. Amazon engagements here focus on the US marketplace; other marketplaces begin with discovery. You work directly with me, remotely, with deliverables and review windows agreed before execution.

One company / Distinct commercial questions

Put destination, currency and ownership in the brief

Start by naming the buyers you want to reach and the market where they purchase. A Canadian service offer, a US Amazon assortment and a US wholesale pilot should not share an undifferentiated acquisition target. Explain which channels already operate, who owns each account and where inventory sits. If the project spans Canada and the US, identify which prices, delivery statements, sales contacts and product availability belong to each offer.

Share reporting with CAD and USD clearly labeled, along with the period covered and any conversion assumptions. For a service business, include the inquiry route and the definition of a qualified opportunity. For a product business, include stock, returns, promotional costs and fulfillment constraints. We can then distinguish a marketing issue from an offer, measurement or operating issue. The first output may be a short list of missing inputs rather than a recommendation to launch another campaign.

01 / US-marketplace work for Canada-based sellers

Amazon growth

Connect your US marketplace acquisition, assortment and available stock in one commercial plan. Wholesale and liquidation concern US stock and US buyers, including when the owner is Canada-based.

Amazon External Traffic

Plan external acquisition for a Canada-based seller's Amazon US listings. Align US audience intent, offer readiness and measurement while keeping Canadian website traffic and US marketplace sales in distinct reporting views.

02 / Clear market offers and useful customer journeys

Marketing and conversion

Build around the customers your Canadian team actually serves. Separate versions are useful when the offer changes, not simply because the company sells across a border.

Growth Strategy and Marketing Audit

Separate Canadian acquisition problems from US expansion assumptions in one evidence-led review. Prioritize the offer, channel or handoff that needs attention, with dependencies and market-specific questions documented before committing implementation resources.

03 / Comparable evidence without blended assumptions

Analytics

Preserve the market, currency and source behind each metric. A useful combined view must still let the team see what belongs to Canada and what belongs to the US.

Marketing and Sales Performance Analytics

Build reporting for Canadian and US activity with labeled currencies, conversion assumptions and sales definitions. Connect spend with qualified opportunities without silently combining platform-attributed revenue, CRM pipeline value and completed business sales.

Amazon Growth and Inventory Analytics

Analyze a Canada-based seller's Amazon US performance against US availability, traffic and stock movement. Keep marketplace datasets distinct; any Amazon.ca analytical requirements need discovery, source review and an expressly agreed scope first.

04 / A practical cross-border handoff

Operations

Distinct market offers need clear owners after an inquiry arrives, especially when a Canadian team coordinates several sales or channel partners.

Marketing and Sales Operations

Route Canadian and US inquiries to agreed owners using useful qualification fields and documented follow-up. Establish CRM stages and review responsibilities so market-specific promises survive the handoff from marketing into sales conversations.

Remote collaboration / City-specific starting points

Three city starting points for Canadian teams

Choose the commercial context closest to your situation, from cross-border B2B journeys to specialist service acquisition. Delivery is remote, with scope shaped by your buyers and offer.

Calgary

Avoid unnecessary duplication

Decide what stays shared and what must be separate

A shared website can work when the offer and next action are genuinely the same. Separate a page or journey when currency, availability, language or sales ownership changes the buyer's decision. The same principle applies to reporting: a management summary can combine views, but it should preserve the assumptions behind each market. Do not infer Canadian demand from US campaign data without checking the audience and offer.

Language needs are part of discovery, not an afterthought. If French or another language is required, agree content ownership, translation and qualified review before publication. Your team approves product facts, commercial terms and specialist requirements. My role is to connect the agreed marketing and customer journey, not certify that a website or campaign satisfies every requirement applicable to the business.

Direct remote collaboration / Agreed meeting overlap

Deliverables your Canadian team can act on

We agree a workable schedule with your team's time zone, named reviewers and a written decision log. Existing agencies, sales staff and channel owners can remain involved with explicit boundaries.

Diagnose one market question

Review the relevant pages, campaigns, exports and handoffs. Record which market each source describes and where evidence is missing. A diagnostic delivers a prioritized problem map, assumptions and a roadmap, not automatic execution across Canadian and US channels.

Turn priorities into a defined project

Agree deliverables such as revised offer messaging, a campaign testing framework, editable website journeys or a reporting specification. Identify account access, production tasks, internal approvals and acceptance checks. US Amazon work stays explicitly tied to the US marketplace rather than silently expanding into another account or country.

Review outcomes and transfer ownership

Document completed work, limitations and the next decision. Handover can include reporting definitions, editing instructions or a prioritized action list, according to scope. Ongoing support adds an agreed review rhythm; it does not remove the need for an internal owner who can approve claims, budgets and operational changes.

Published work / Tangible outputs

US marketplace reporting and multi-audience website delivery

The Amazon channel analytics case concerns a US marketplace bedding business. I connected advertising, creators and external acquisition in a shared reporting framework, preserving the distinction between attributed sales and business totals. That approach gives Canada-based teams a concrete example for organizing US performance reviews. SupplyExit is my own B2B platform project: separate seller and buyer journeys, structured inventory pages, inquiry flows and editable content. It demonstrates how a multi-audience business model becomes a working website with clear next actions and practical editorial ownership.

Market boundaries before implementation

Questions from Canada-based businesses

How do you scope Amazon.ca requests?

My established Amazon experience is in the US marketplace. For Amazon.ca, we begin with discovery: the account context, commercial question, data available and expertise required. We then explicitly agree whether work is appropriate, the deliverables and who owns any specialist implementation. This keeps the Canadian-marketplace brief grounded in its own evidence and a scope your team can review before committing.

Can you liquidate inventory stored in Canada?

The listed liquidation service concerns stock located in the US and routes to US buyers, including when the owner is Canada-based. It is not a Canadian domestic liquidation service. Share the stock location and commercial constraints first. No buyer, fixed recovery value or sale date is promised, and transaction coordination requires separate scope agreement.

Do you have a Canadian office or need local meetings?

Work is delivered remotely, directly with me. We agree meeting overlap, written updates and approval responsibilities around your team. Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary pages provide starting points for different commercial questions. A shared brief, named reviewers and useful preparation keep decisions moving between scheduled calls, including when colleagues or channel partners work in different time zones.

Can we begin with Canadian services and leave US expansion for later?

Yes. A positioning, website, acquisition or sales-operations brief can focus on the Canadian customers you serve now. We define that boundary in the scope. US Amazon, wholesale or inventory work can remain a separate future decision instead of being bundled into a broader engagement before the business is ready.
