Start with the customer and the commercial decision
A successful home-market proposition is a starting hypothesis, not a complete US launch plan. I review the product's intended use, relevant alternatives and customer questions in the Amazon.com context. The research identifies what should carry across, what needs stronger evidence and which assumptions could change the investment decision.
The Canadian team also needs a clear operational boundary: which range is entering the US, how approved costs relate to the US offer and who confirms saleable stock. I connect those inputs with the listing and traffic work. That gives the product owner, marketplace operator and commercial lead a shared readiness view instead of separate launch checklists that disagree about whether the product is ready.
