New York City / Remote delivery

Website development for New York service businesses

Turn a complicated offer into a website people can understand and act on. I connect positioning, service-page structure and inquiry flows for professional practices, specialist teams and brands serving New York customers. You work directly with me, from the first brief to the finished build.

Built around the customer decision

Make the right inquiry easier to start

A prospective client needs to know what you do, whether you can help and what happens after they contact you. I use those questions to define the site before deciding how many pages it needs. For a New York practice, that means distinguishing the service offered from the location of the customer, the office and the jurisdiction in which the team can actually work.

Service pages with a clear job

Separate genuinely different services or practice areas. Each page explains the situation you handle, the audience, the process and the next step. Manhattan, Brooklyn or another service area belongs in the content when it changes how you serve customers, not as a list of keywords.

Intake that respects the context

A law firm may need a practice-area selector and a short description of the request; a consultancy may need the business challenge and scope. I keep the first form focused and avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive case details. Your team approves intake wording and professional claims before publication.

Proof next to the decision

Place approved testimonials, team credentials and relevant work near the service they support. Use real office and service-area information. A tap-to-call link, booking route or short form should be easy to find without forcing every visitor into an immediate appointment.

Direct collaboration / Eastern Time reviews by agreement

From the first brief to a maintainable website

The project starts with your current site, priority services, audience and the way inquiries are handled. We agree review windows that fit your New York team and use written decisions between calls. A focused rebuild can cover a small set of important pages instead of replacing everything at once.

Define the pages and ownership

Map the main services, buyer questions, approved proof and inquiry destination. Agree who supplies copy, photography, professional disclosures and final approvals. If URLs change, include the redirect map in the implementation brief.

Design and build the customer path

Build responsive pages, clear navigation and the agreed form or booking integration. For a new custom build, Next.js and a structured content model support reusable layouts. The stack follows the business requirements, not the other way around.

Test, measure and hand over

Test keyboard navigation, mobile forms, confirmation states and the full inquiry route. Define submission and booking events with the agreed consent setup. Check titles, canonicals and redirects, then hand over editing instructions and the launch checklist.

Are you a New York-based web agency?

I provide this service remotely and work directly with your team. This page describes the New York market I serve, not a local office. Calls, reviews and handover are organized online.

Can you build a law firm website?

Yes. The brief can include practice pages, attorney profiles, approved credentials and an intake route. Your firm supplies and approves legal content, jurisdiction details and any required disclosures. I connect the approved content with the design and implementation.

Should every borough have a separate page?

Only when there is a real difference in the service, team, location or customer information. Otherwise I would use one useful service page with accurate coverage information rather than five near-identical landing pages.

How do you estimate timing and cost?

I first review the page count, content readiness, integrations, existing technology and approval process. You receive an agreed scope, delivery stages and fee before the build. A consultation or focused audit can come first if the priorities are unclear.
