English-language B2B websites for Netherlands-based firms

I design and develop English-language B2B websites for Netherlands-based firms. The project connects service positioning, useful evidence, inquiry routing and an editing workflow the team can maintain, with international reach defined by the actual offer.

Start with the customer and the commercial decision

An international-facing website should help buyers understand what the business does and whether its service fits their situation. I begin with the intended customer, service boundaries and existing content rather than choose a generic page count or translate internal capability lists into a template. We then define the editorial and technical ownership. Service pages, case evidence and inquiry forms need reusable structures, while the team needs a clear route from a normal content change to publication. Dutch-language versions and integrations are assessed explicitly rather than assumed to be included in an English first release.

Priorities for this market

Structure the customer journey

Organize services and proof around the questions buyers need answered. Give each important page a distinct purpose and next action. The navigation should explain the business without forcing every visitor through the same broad contact route.

Make content genuinely editable

Choose models and reusable sections around the team's normal publishing tasks. Define who owns service descriptions, project images and metadata. Test an ordinary edit during handover so maintainability is demonstrated, not merely promised as a platform feature.

Verify the inquiry and launch path

Check mobile layouts, keyboard use, validation, notifications and source context. Review redirects, canonical URLs and indexability before release. The project should launch a functioning customer and editorial system rather than only an approved set of page designs.

A clear scope and an accountable delivery process

I deliver the project remotely in English with your Netherlands-based commercial and content owners. We agree the technology and CMS around editing needs and integration constraints, then scope design, implementation, QA and handover. Localized Dutch content requires a responsible reviewer and an explicit publishing plan.

Confirm the decision

Agree the customer, selling market and business question. Review the available source material with the responsible owner, and identify inputs that would change the recommendation. The project begins with a shared brief rather than an assumed list of channel or technology tasks.

Turn the brief into assigned work

Set the outputs, approval points and implementation responsibilities. Separate what can proceed from work that depends on another decision. Keep the scope and change record visible so your team can review progress without reconstructing the project from messages.

Review the result and the next action

Check the agreed deliverables against the original question, record the relevant findings and assign the next action. Where ongoing measurement is part of the scope, document the source, review window and owner before the project moves into the next cycle.

Questions before we define the project

Can we add Dutch pages later?

Yes. The architecture can allow for a reviewed language expansion. The first release defines that boundary so translation, localization, reciprocal language links and ongoing content ownership can be added deliberately rather than through duplicate pages.

How is the work delivered?

You work directly with me remotely, with written decisions, named review owners and agreed meeting windows. The proposal defines the outputs and implementation responsibilities around your team and the customer market being served.
