Start with the customer and the commercial decision
Cross-market reporting often looks more unified than the underlying records really are. Campaign exports may use one currency, sales reports another, and pipeline records may not distinguish the offer or market at all. I trace those definitions and sample records before proposing a management view or new technical connection.
The reporting brief identifies the customer market, the commercial entity or account where relevant and the owner of each status. We agree which comparisons are meaningful and which should remain separate. This makes it possible to discuss acquisition quality and sales progress without confusing a source-data difference with a real performance change.
