Delivered result

A completed 28-slide strategy and 10-slide executive presentation, with channel roles, seasonal priorities, a weekly review cadence and a proposed 90-day audit-test-scale roadmap. Leadership received a concrete plan for prioritizing the next stage of growth.

The result

I delivered the complete strategy package: an expanded 28-slide presentation, a concise 10-slide executive version, and an actionable 90-day roadmap. The work connected marketplace conversion, the brand website, creators, promotions and retention into one seasonal operating model.

Leadership received a clear decision tool: which opportunities to prioritize, how each channel supports seasonal demand and what the team should evaluate at each stage.

The challenge

How should an Amazon-first brand organize marketing when seasonal demand matters more than a constant, uniform monthly acquisition plan?

The strategy treated the marketplace as the conversion core and gave supporting channels specific jobs: prepare demand, capture useful intent, support purchases and retain a direct relationship where appropriate.

The completed deliverable

I prepared an expanded strategy presentation and a shorter executive version. The work combined a traffic review, peer-brand benchmarks, channel-role recommendations, an operating cadence and a phased roadmap.

The strategy gave leadership a clear sequence: establish the baseline, test focused opportunities and scale selectively. Each phase included evaluation criteria and ownership rather than an undifferentiated list of marketing ideas.

Research inputs

The March 2026 third-party website traffic estimates informed the acquisition review. I used the channel mix to define a stronger role for the website within the Amazon-led business: explain the offer, capture useful intent and support the buying journey.

Peer-brand benchmarks informed the recommended roles of sponsored ads, DSP, publishers, creator programs and promotions. The research translated those examples into channel priorities for the apparel business.

Channel roles

Layer Strategic job Proposed measurement focus
Amazon Convert existing demand Availability, conversion and advertising contribution
Brand website Explain the offer and capture useful intent Engagement, conversion paths and opt-ins
Creators and publishers Prepare awareness and product interest Content activity and attributed purchase evidence
Promotions Coordinate offers with seasonal demand Discount cost, availability and net-sales interpretation
Lifecycle Continue relevant communication Permission-based engagement and repeat-purchase cohorts

Each channel recommendation came with a specific job and a measurement focus, giving the team a practical basis for execution and review.

The proposed 90-day sequence

  1. Days 1-15: audit. Establish the measurement baseline, clarify the seasonal plan and prioritize gaps.
  2. Days 16-45: test. Run focused channel and communication experiments with agreed owners and evaluation criteria.
  3. Days 46-90: scale selectively. Expand only the work supported by useful evidence, availability and commercial constraints.

The roadmap included budget scenarios, weekly reviews and accountable ownership, connecting individual campaigns to one seasonal plan.

What the strategy contributed

The deliverable connected channel roles to a coherent seasonal operating model. Leadership gained a prioritized plan for analysis, testing and execution, with clear responsibilities and review criteria.

Website research, peer-brand benchmarks and budget scenarios each served a clear purpose: understand the starting point, identify opportunities and plan the next stage of work.
