Start with the customer and the commercial decision
A specialist business can sound broad precisely because it knows how to handle complex work. The website lists capabilities, but a prospective customer cannot tell which problem the team is best equipped to solve. I begin with the buyer's situation, relevant alternatives and the evidence the business can use to demonstrate fit.
The positioning also reflects the service's real delivery boundary. A locally delivered offer, a multi-state operation and a fully remote consultancy need different explanations. We define those facts before writing customer-facing language, then build an architecture that helps the team adapt emphasis without changing the promise from one channel or page to another.
