Start with the customer and the commercial decision
Entering another market does not require a completely different brand, but it does require a deliberate view of the customer decision. I review the current proposition, the audiences it serves and the assumptions embedded in the language. The aim is to identify which parts of the promise travel well and where the intended US buyer needs a different explanation or proof.
We then separate core positioning from commercial variation. Currency, availability, service coverage and buying route can change without changing the brand's central purpose. The message architecture gives those differences a clear place, helping the team avoid either a fragmented identity or one vague statement that fails to explain either market.
